“And the winner is…..”  Wow.  What a night for Main Street Homes.  Not only did we enjoy a dazzling night at the Jefferson Hotel, we were honored to bring home some outstanding team awards for Major Achievements in Sales and Marketing Excellence.  The Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR ) recognized Main Street Homes at their recent MAME Awards ceremony on March 4, 2016.  Cue the confetti!   We were excited to win for Best Website based on the quality of our website’s design, layout, content and execution.  We’re super proud of www.gomsh.com and its successful promotion of our brand. We rely on our website to showcase our homes and our message, so we’re pleased as punch that it’s easy to navigate while also pleasing to the eye.   Recognition was also given to our sales associates who sell our homes.  HBAR bestowed Sales Volume Excellence Awards upon the Realtors and sales associates who closed homes between January 1, 2014- December 31, 2014 with a high net volume.  Platinum winners Lee Wake and Lisa Spinelli won for closing at least $7 million (individually) in volume; Sue Walsh, Stephanie Muire, Jason Burrows & Caitlin Gilbride
won in the Gold category for closing at least $3 million individually, and Lisa Michaels, Ryan Lerow, & Ryan Phelps took home awards in the Silver category for closing $1.5 million in individual sales.   Our win for Best Model Home over $600,000 was awarded for The Lane model in Hallsley.  Noted for its exquisite Craftsman elevation and first floor living, the Lane’s gorgeous 2-story great room is unanimously stunning to all who tour it.
