On March 1, 2019, the Home Building Association of Richmond held their annual MAME Awards (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) for New Home Builders in the Richmond, VA market who have excelled in the past year. Main Street Homes won Builder of the Year, Building 150+ Homes Annually.

Sales Volume Excellence Awards were presented to 11 Main Street Homes New Home Consultants Friday night. Congratulations to our sales team for their hard work!

Lee Wake, Lisa Spinelli, Mike McLane, and Ryan Phelps won Platinum Awards for a sales volume of $7 million or more individually. Sean Tierney, Allison Stephenson, Jason Burrows, Charis Nordberg Stephanie Muire and Tiffany Rowe won Gold Awards for a sales volume of $3 million or more individually. Sue Walsh won a Silver Award for a sales volume of $1.5 million or more.
