We stopped into the Sales Office at Randolph Pond without an appointment. Lisa was very welcoming and showed us the model homes as well as home sites and costs. She was able to answer all our questions. When we contacted her about concerns while we we were trying to make a decision about our lot choice she quickly responded. Lisa was a very big factor in why we chose to buy a home in the Randolph Pond community.

We’ve purchased a semi-custom home in the past and had a wonderful experience. This time around has been PHENOMENAL! Alden has been attentive to our needs since we started our search earlier this year. He always goes above and beyond any of our expectations when accommodating our needs and listens to what is truly important to us and our next family home. Chloe was great and very thorough. She has a lovely personality and is quite an asset to MSH. We love our Main Street home! The models are beautifully decorated and the homes are built in very nice neighborhoods. We chose Main Street Homes particularly for the layout of the model we chose which had a downstairs master, other bedroom, and front bedroom/study room in the front with optional second floor features... everything we wanted and needed. A special optional feature they had was a rustic porch...very beautiful. Our Sales Rep SEAN TIERNEY was great! He was the first person I met in the Augusta model (there is a rustic porch in that home) in Harpers Mill. I sat with him to talk about the options we wanted and he was very knowledgeable about costs of each of those options. He was helpful in promptly answering emails or calls throughout the building process.

Special thank you to JASMINE LOFGREN in the design department. She helped with a few choices which I needed to get right and they are sooo right! (the Island cabinet color and our tile for the master-gorgeous!) She was very patient and accommodating with my many changes in selections. I hope you know how valuable you are in this company Jasmine...Thank you so much!!

We've had some items which showed up after we moved in which needed some altering and the issues are being taken care of by the management/ warranty dept. who have answered all our texts and emails. JASON SMITH and his partner JOHN came out to repair a crack in the fiberglass tub and removed all the scratches that were visible as well-looks like new! they were prompt and quick. Wow, I'm amazed. Mainstreet homes really takes care of their customers! Highly recommended!

The building process was done in a timely fashion. Quality is great and house is beautiful! Landscaping is great also. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

From the first day we walked into the model home doors at Bishop’s Park, our Main Street Homes experience has been amazing. We lucked out and were assigned the A-Team – Erik Markowitz, Jasmine Lofgren, and Eric Beer. Erik Markowitz was always professional and responsive to all our questions. He was available throughout our entire building process to make sure our concerns were being addressed by the right people. You can tell he really cares about Main Street’s customers and his job! Jasmine Lofgren was a dream to work with in the design studio. She was so patient when I was indecisive, and offered advice without being pushy. She helped us design a beautiful home, while keeping our budget in mind. Eric Beer is amazing at what he does! He is organized, reliable, punctual, and great at communicating. He was always willing to work with our difficult schedules. I have never had to chase him down, he is always right on top of things. We can see why he is the boss! We could not be more grateful for these three and the countless others that worked tirelessly to build our dream home! From our initial point of contact to our follow-up folks, we have had a genuine focus on keeping the customer happy in all respects- that includes getting product choices just right, and follow-up details and corrections done. I am not the easiest customer to please, but I am very glad I left my deposit with the competitor and chose MSH instead.

Matt was very up front and a delight to work with throughout the process. From the very beginning, with Lee and Audrey, then Kelly (she was great) taking us through all of our design choices, then being handed over to Matt the process was as stress free as it could have been. Timelines where provided and met. The whole process for us (my wife and I) was actually fun. We were greatly relieved, because we've heard nightmarish tales of new home construction.

We have loved working with everyone to customize our home to our needs. Chris was more than patient with us in the design studio and gave us many options to choose from. Main Street did an outstanding job building our new home. We had an existing lot in Goochland where they built for us. From Lee Wake and Audrey in sales to Janet in the design studio, the draftsmen and Eric Beer in the field, they did a great job. The owner Vernon McClure even took time to look over our plans personally, even though they probably build over 150 homes a year. We are more than happy with the new house and feel like they exceeded expectations. We had allowances for septic and well and at closing Main Street told us the bills came in under the allowance and cut us a check. Very honest! Great experience. Thank you Main Street team!

Troy, the project manger, had been most helpful and always available to help with our many questions about our new home and all the construction questions that homeowners can have. It's been a pleasure having him help us.

We feel like we personally got to know a lot of the Main Street Family during this process. We want to again thank everyone for their help, time and patience. I have built several homes and this experience far and away was the best. Main Street Homes has a very organized process, communication is superb and everything was completed to our satisfaction. We have enjoyed the people the most. All the people we have dealt with - Lee, Janet, Ben - are really good quality people. They are good communicators and very thoughtful and very responsive to any questions or concerns we have had and I'd say they respond as quickly as they can when we have an issue that might pop up. We hear from them in a timely way. That's really great. My wife and I have enjoyed the process of selecting the materials. One thing we really enjoyed was the design center. They had the materials laid out from carpet to roof and that is a big plus. I would highly recommend Main Street Homes to our friends and in fact, we already have!

My wife and I moved into our Main Street Home in August 2017 and now is the optimal time to express our appreciation to you and your company for the wonderful house we live in. Our experiences with your company have been positive and professional and I could provide numerous accolades. However, I will share my appreciation by recognizing three of your valuable employees. 

The first Main Street employee we met was Tom Heiring who was the Project Superintendent. Tom walked us through our orientation and educated us on the many positive features of our home - energy efficiency, design, warranty, etc. The orientation video was helpful and furthered our understanding of the lovely home we purchased. On the day we moved in, we encountered a problem with one of the closets lacking sufficient shelving bracing. Within minutes, Tom dispatched the closet subcontractor to the house to make it right as the movers were unloading our household furnishings. 

Jean Depcrynski served as our Warranty Consultant. Jean was always available to assist when an issue arose {none major). At the 30 day mark, throughout the first year, and at the one year punch list, Jean treated us fairly and worked with us to address these minor issues. We could always contact her 
through the MSH website, e-mail or telephone. She was a good listener and consistently polite and professional. Even when there was a non-warranty situation, i.e. a contractor hired by us to install drainage pipes hitting a water line, Jean assisted us with what to do next steps. 

The majority of our face to face interaction was with Chuck Fetty. Chuck has a "can-do" attitude and projects confidence to home buyers. He personally performed the majority of warranty issues and skillfully scheduled sub-contractors. He also provided guidance on important maintenance items, such as keeping the foundation drain clear. Chuck has exceptional customer service skills and always makes the homeowner feel special and valued. Just recently I happened to see Chuck while he was in our neighborhood and he answered a question that I had. 

A company is only as successful as the behavior and actions demonstrated by employees. Successful companies have senior leadership that prioritize critical success factors and customer facing values. Mr. McClure, you deserve credit for creating this type of culture. I immediately noticed that any Main Street employee or sub-contractor that came to our home always removed their shoes prior to entering. It was a small gesture but unique within the construction trades, yet reflective of the value your company places upon me as a customer.

I love living here. The experience with everyone has been beyond my expectations. Wonderful home and wonderful bunch of people at Main Street. Great job guys!

The people - Vernon certainly has such a great staff of people working for him and we're sure he is aware of that. We truly loved working with Janet Hart (she's an absolute treasure!!), Lee Wake (also, awesome!!), Allen Caraher (also, awesome!!), and all the other wonderful people that we have come into contact with at Main Street - and, of course, Vernon - he's one in a million!

In 2015, my wife and I contracted with Main Street Homes to build our new home in the Collington subdivision. As this was the third home we were building, we came into the process knowing the challenges we would face. From the first meeting with Lisa Spinelli, through the options selection process with the team at the design studio and the actual construction led by Tom Helring the entire process was a truly pleasant experience. Tom is a true professional who took the time to understand what we wanted in our new home and made numerous suggestions to ensure we would love the house.

After the first year in the house the only item on the punch list was an occasional water leak in the basement during heavy rains. Chuck Fetty had some additional drains from the downspouts and the problem was resolved. Two years later we started having water leaking into the basement at the joint between the slab and the Superior wall. Even though we had been in the house for almost 3 years, I took a chance and contacted Jean in the warranty group. I was fully expecting to be told that the problem was no longer Main Street's responsibility. I was shocked when Jean told me that Chuck would be out to begin the repair process. Figuring out why the leak was happening was a very frustrating and drawn out process. Chuck, Rob and I had many conversations and theorized many potential causes. The investigation included digging multiple times, 2 meetings with the representatives from Superior Walls and a plumber snaking a camera up the foundation drain. Only because of the commitment of your entire team did we finally ascertain that the problem was the result of several freak conditions. The foundation drain had been crushed in the single worst possible spot(under the screen porch), as well a void in the basement slab in the same area. I am happy to say that it has been well over a month since the repairs were completed and appear to be holding.

You should be proud of the customer service culture that you have created within your organization. The entire team has gone far beyond my expectations at every turn. Thank you for allowing your people to take care of this situation.

The design studio sold us on Main Street Homes. The idea of having to go to different stores to pick out our kitchen, lights, floors etc. was overwhelming. Having everything in one spot and someone to walk you through the process is wonderful.

Lee is like family to me and my husband now and after building as many houses as we have, we only want to work with him on the next one because he is the best! I generally want to build every 7 years or so, so whether he likes it or not, in a few years when I am ready to start the planning phase again, I'm going to look him up because I wouldn't want to work with anyone else... He's stuck with us!

We loved working with Rob! He was a great foreman to work with and made the building process exceptional. It is evident that he has the expertise to lead the trades, control the quality of the work, and stay on schedule. Rob was always available and to answer questions and make suggestions to assist us through the process. When we had issues, 90% of the time Rob had already identified the problem and had contacted trades to fix the issue. He has great attention to detail and noticed things that weren't quite right that we probably wouldn't have noticed until it was too late. I feel like I had the best sales, design, and construction team around and it shows in my beautiful home!

Every person we have dealt with has known their job and been very helpful. In addition, they have all been extremely pleasant to deal with. Go Main Street!

Troy Stoneburner is wonderful. Do not loose him. He is the reason this process has been seamless. Stephanie Muire is also a gem and has become a wonderful bright light in our lives. She cross-checks everything and loves her job- it shows. Jasmine at the design studio is also wonderful and helped make dreams a reality.

The staff have been exceptional, always willing to answer our questions and always very friendly. Lee, Janet, and Glenn have been very easy going and very accommodating of our requests. We also really liked the design studio, it was really helpful in making selections.

The building did an excellent job in offering the many custom features for the house. Our last house was also a new home and did not offer 1/8th of the features that you did. Very good job Main Street Homes.

A particular mention about the professionalism and helpfulness must be made for Lee Wake, Janet Hart and Sam Lowe. They form a crackerjack team that we were in constant touch with. They indulged our questions and concerns every step of the way. We applaud Main Street for hiring three amazingly excellent individuals. Must also mention Marian Tessier, who kept the house on schedule by making sure the materials got there. Be proud of your team.

Tiffany was extremely helpful in explaining all options for the initial purchase of our lot and floor plan design for the house plan we chose. She has been very responsive to all of our questions and we look forward to working with her and the interior design team in building our house at Tilman's Farm.
