We had a great day at the design center. It was a truly wonderful experience. Chloe is amazing to work with!!! She quickly picked up on our style, gave us great guidance and advice, she’s super organized, knowledgeable, professional, personable, and we’re very happy with our selections, and so fortunate to have had Chloe as our design consultant.

Lisa is absolutely amazing! You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable and loves what she does! If this is what the rest of the Main Street Homes experience will be like then we can’t wait for the rest of the process!

Charis has been so incredibly helpful throughout our home building process! She has made the overwhelming parts of the process easy to understand and we appreciate how positive, patient, and caring she has been throughout this process! We feel so lucky to be working with her and we can’t thank her enough for all of her help along the way so far!

We stopped into the Sales Office at Randolph Pond without an appointment. Lisa was very welcoming and showed us the model homes as well as home sites and costs. She was able to answer all our questions. When we contacted her about concerns while we we were trying to make a decision about our lot choice she quickly responded. Lisa was a very big factor in why we chose to buy a home in the Randolph Pond community.

We've had a wonderful experience dealing with the entire team at Main Street Homes. The staff has been amazing from beginning to end - warm, knowledgable, helpful and professional. Stephanie has been such an incredible resource from the minute we chose our homesite and exterior, and signed the contract. The Design Studio was set up perfectly to help envision and design our dream home and the studio staff also went above and beyond. After meeting on a Friday with Allison for our 4-hour design session, we drove by our property the next day to be sure we remembered neighboring exterior colors correctly, and we did not! Since we do not reside locally, we popped by the office (unannounced) first thing on Monday morning before our 7 hour trip home to see if we could review our options and change our exterior color choice. Sabrina welcomed us (and our furface) in, set up a quick meeting with Allison and within 15 minutes, we were on the road home without the worry of a potential exterior color rejection from the community ARB due to a closely related exterior color on the home next door. Thank you for making a stressful time so much more manageable!

We’ve purchased a semi-custom home in the past and had a wonderful experience. This time around has been PHENOMENAL! Alden has been attentive to our needs since we started our search earlier this year. He always goes above and beyond any of our expectations when accommodating our needs and listens to what is truly important to us and our next family home. Chloe was great and very thorough. She has a lovely personality and is quite an asset to MSH. She had us smiling the whole way through our selections process which was quite lengthy but I believe we covered everything top to bottom. I'm very glad that she was our Design Consultant as all of our personalities seemed to mesh which made our appointment even more enjoyable.

Kristina is very knowledgeable, pleasant, and very helpful. She knew most of the answers to our questions, and what she didn’t know she researched and got us the answers. Kristina never rushed us through appointments and overall seemed genuinely concerned that we make the proper decisions.

It was a pleasant experience for me & my family to work with Jason & Main Street Homes in getting our first home at Village at Cool Springs at Mechanicsville, VA. The construction updates were always up-to-date and delivered the house 2 months prior to the promised date. All custom constructions were done correctly. We are thankful to MSH for giving us such a great home building experience.

The building process was done in a timely fashion. Quality is great and house is beautiful! Landscaping is great also. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

This is the second home we have built. I wanted to tell you how good David Hurst is at what he does. I am closed and moved in and if I have a question, he still picks up his phone to help. Great person!

From our initial point of contact to our follow-up folks, we have had a genuine focus on keeping the customer happy in all respects- that includes getting product choices just right, and follow-up details and corrections done. I am not the easiest customer to please, but I am very glad I left my deposit with the competitor and chose MSH instead.

We have loved working with everyone to customize our home to our needs. Chris was more than patient with us in the design studio and gave us many options to choose from. I also appreciate how organized everyone has been. Tom was wonderful on our framing walk through. He knew every detail of our home without looking at any papers.

She didn't know the windows open inward for easy cleaning. As simple as this is she still makes a huge fuss about it. We will always sing Main Streets praises and recommend them to anyone and everyone. There are many communities in Henrico county that we visited over the years. Main Street has always stood out for because of the design, quality and professionalism. We were in contact with Main Street for over 8 years, having attempted to purchase a home twice prior to finally building. Main Street never gave up on us and continued to contact us to make sure we were doing well and let us know when the time was right they will be here. I cannot express how much we appreciate everyone from Vernon to the construction crew for their genuine care and concern.

I love living here. The experience with everyone has been beyond my expectations. Wonderful home and wonderful bunch of people at Main Street. Great job guys!

We had a great experience. We started with Lisa S. and she was fabulous. Tom was an amazing construction manager and felt he always had our best interests at heart. Very communicative. Kelly was great to work with and very flexible. We had an issue with our granite and the whole team, including Kim Labin went above and beyond to make it right.

Main Street Home responded to a warranty request in a timely and professional manner. They fixed the problem going above the initial request to prevent future issues which could occur. They were courteous and eager to satisfy me as the customer.

The design studio sold us on Main Street Homes. The idea of having to go to different stores to pick out our kitchen, lights, floors etc. was overwhelming. Having everything in one spot and someone to walk you through the process is wonderful.

We really enjoyed the process. Great sales experience with Allison Stephenson and great building experience with Jonathan Arno. The communication was fantastic and Jonathan was extremely focused on helping make sure we got the house we dreamed of. All around great experience. We will recommend Main Street Homes for sure.

"I was so glad to have Kelly to work with me on options. She really helped me pick quality upgrades that were valuable and made sense given my limited budget. She helped me put into perspective what could be changed easily down the road and what couldn't. I especially appreciate that she showed me things that would make a big impact style wise without breaking the bank. The tile backsplash she picked really makes a statement and everyone comments on it as soon as they come in but I would have never picked it on my own."

Overall, the construction process with Main Street Homes was fantastic. The MSH representatives were always attentive to our needs. In particular, Sean Tierney and Jonathan Arno were real standouts. They kept us extremely well informed, were diligent in tracking down answers to our inquiries and made themselves available at random hours to help us work through whatever issue was pressing at the time. Those two in particular made the process enjoyable for us.

We are truly enjoying our home and absolutely love the neighborhood, it's very peaceful. If you ever need one of those spokespeople, I would be happy to sell this community and home.

We were never pushed to purchase something we didn't feel comfortable with. It's been a helping approach in order to achieve the perfect house within a doable budget for us which I very much appreciated. Expectations and deadlines have always been over-communicated and the follow-up has been exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with MSH. They have been a fantastic group of 4 to work with!!!

We liked the initial meeting and all of the people at the design center. We feel that we have a well built home and we are pleased with the floor plan. We especially love the light from the all the windows and the beautiful sunroom. Main Street's reputation is excellent and we can certainly attest to it.
