Richmond has made its voice heard, and it's time to rejoice! After a massive number of votes, the people of Richmond have chosen their favorites in more than 100 categories, including The Best Homebuilder and The Best New Home Community of 2023. The Richmond Times Dispatch recently revealed the winners at their Best Fest event, hosted at the Altria Theatre in Richmond. The top three winners in each category were celebrated and recognized.
