Congratulations to Every Parade Builder

The Richmond Parade of Homes is Virginia's largest home show, and Richmond has more local home builders than anywhere else in the state. Every Parade home is built by a local builder who is a member of HBAR and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Congratulations to every builder who took part this year and to all of this year's award winners. Your work raises the bar for homebuyers across Central Virginia, and we are proud to share the Parade with you.

Thank You, HBAR, for 75 Years

Thank you to the Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR) for hosting the 75th Richmond Parade of Homes. HBAR represents more than 500 member companies, including builders, developers, architects, and trade partners. Since 1951, the Parade has helped people across the region explore new designs, floor plans, decor ideas, and neighborhoods, and meet the local builders behind them. We are grateful to the HBAR staff, the judges, and the volunteers who make it happen each year.

We also thank our trade partners, designers, and employee-owners. Their skill and care show in every room of these award-winning homes.
