Amy and Savannah, our Online Sales Consultants, can answer any questions you may have, assist you in finding the best community to fit your client's needs or book an appointment for you and your client to visit our model homes. Your New Home Sales Consultant will work hands-on with you and your client to help them discover their ideal homesite and dream home plan.
Outstanding Design
From there, you'll visit our Design Studio to work with a professional designer to participate in one of the most thrilling steps in building a new construction home- selecting the products and finishes that make it unique. Once construction begins, your client will work closely with their own Construction Manager who will guide them through the building process to home orientation.
Customer Service Is Key
Our first priority to our customer is to deliver their completed brand new Dream Home on time and for it to be so clean that it sparkles on move-in day. After moving in, our in-house customer care team will assist your client through the first year of their home, if needed, and also schedule their one year home review.

Realtor Rewards Club Details
Tote Bags are delivered locally to the Richmond, VA area. Tote Bags are delivered directly to real estate offices for those living in RVA. If you live outside of RVA, please make arrangements to pick up your Tote Bag from our main office as they are not postal mailed. Main Street Homes reserves the right to change or withdraw any offer at any time without notice. By participating in the Main Street Homes Realtor Rewards Club, you give consent to photography taken and used by Main Street Homes.
