REALTOR® Connect: Design, New Communities, and Social Media Success

At Main Street Homes, designing a home is about more than selecting finishes — it’s about creating a space that reflects each homeowner’s style and lifestyle. That process comes to life in the Design Studio, an award-winning space where buyers can explore materials, finishes, and design options all in one place. Spanning more than 3,700 square feet, the studio allows homeowners to see, touch, and compare products while working with professional Design Consultants who guide them through every step of the personalization process.
On March 12th, the Main Street Homes Design Studio became the setting for the latest REALTOR® Connect gathering, part of a monthly series that brings together local real estate professionals for collaboration, industry insights, and hands-on learning. The event gave REALTORS® an inside look at the home design process, updates on upcoming communities, and valuable tools to help strengthen their marketing and social media presence.
Inside the Design Studio
One of the highlights of the event was an in-depth presentation from Jasmine Lofgren, our Community Designer, and Kelly West, our Assistant Design Studio Manager, who shared a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into designing one of our model homes.
Attendees learned how thoughtful design decisions, from layout and materials to color palettes and finishes, come together to create homes that are both functional and beautiful. The presentation gave REALTORS® a deeper understanding of how Main Street Homes approaches design and how the Design Studio experience helps homeowners personalize their homes to fit their lifestyle.
A First Look at New Communities
Guests received exciting updates on new Main Street Homes communities coming in 2026. These upcoming neighborhoods will offer homebuyers even more opportunities to experience the quality craftsmanship, innovative floor plans, and personalized design options for which Main Street Homes is known.
By sharing early insights with REALTORS®, the event provided valuable information they can use to better serve their clients who are considering new construction homes.
Building Your Brand with Social Media
This event also featured Taylor Ellard with First Heritage Mortgage, who shared practical tips and strategies for creating effective social media content as a real estate professional.
After the presentation, participating REALTORS® had the opportunity to create their own on-site video content. Using professional lighting and microphone equipment, agents recorded short interview-style videos designed for social media. Each participant will receive professionally edited reels they can use across their social media platforms to strengthen their online presence and connect with potential buyers.
